Group Training is the perfect way to learn how to lift weights/workout effectively from scratch to achieve guaranteed results. It is the best investment you will ever make and it is also the most affordable way to train. Groups are small between 6-8 people maximum and focus on giving you the PT experience surrounded by like-minded supportive women.

Group sessions also include nutritional support and check ins outside of the gym to ensure you are on track!

Groups are held in Ormskirk at Gym Space and are available at the below times;

Monday- 6:40am

Tuesday- 5:30pm

Thursday 6am, 6:40am

Saturday 8am
